Shipping Policy & Methods

DINKCART Shipping Policy

  • We strive to deliver products purchased from DINKCART in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.  We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped.
  • We ship your parcel within 48-72 hours of receiving confirmed payment through the applicable service as per your order.
  • Shipping information would be mailed to you on your email, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • We charge shipping as per the weight of the items. You may find some items on free shipping but on some items you would be charged shipping as per the weight of the item.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer 2 modes of shipment: India Postal registered shipping services and Expedited shipping services like, DHL, Aramex, Fedex etc There is no Sunday delivery and in expedited shipping the company cannot deliver to P.O. Box or military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.). If you wish to have your package delivered to these types of addresses, then we would ship it from Indian Postal Services.
  • Indian Postal Registered Service: All Orders below 2,000 are shipped using Indian Postal Service, with estimated delivery time of 7-10 days.
  • Expedite Shipping Service: All Orders above $50 are shipped through expedite shipping service like DHL, FedEx, and DTDC, with estimated delivery time of 2-3 days.
  • Please Note: Any order having shipping address of P.O BOX, APO or FPO address cannot be shipped via Expedite Service and will be shipped via Indian Postal Service.
  • Requires your physical address along with your phone number.
  • Holiday shipments are subject to special holiday hours and may be delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes experienced by the shipping services we use. Please be aware that any courier service will occasionally issue a shipping exception for expedited shipping methods that cannot be delivered on time (i.e. 2 Day or 3 Day). An exception in any event or situation that causes a shipment delivery to be rescheduled. Exceptions, such as Mother Nature or an incorrect address, can occur for a variety of reasons and are explained within the detailed shipment information found when tracking your package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping vendors (i.e. DHL or the India Postal Service). When placing your order, please be sure to supply us with accurate information and check the information carefully before submitting your order to prevent delays. Orders with an incorrect address or shipping payment will be held until the correct information or payment is received. If you are shipping to an address different from the billing address, please be sure to provide the different delivery address.
  • We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day's order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within 2-3 business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon.
